October 2026
Section titled “October 2026”-
Nothing is lost if AysOps ever suspends your account. Invoices, automatic payments and website requests that come due are held, and the owner chooses what to send once the account is active again.
-
You’re told when a customer’s automatic payment fails. The account owner gets an email with the reason, and an Automatic payment failed to-do appears under Actions. See Autopay for recurring charges.
-
Read our support replies on your phone. Cases is now in the phone menu, with the red number when we’ve replied, and the menu button shows a red dot while a reply is unread. See Support cases.
-
CSV statements are read without AysOps AI. A CSV or TSV card or bank export added under Expenses, Documents now shows its period, the expenses that match and the charges missing from your books, with or without the AI add-on. See Accounting documents.
-
Manual time lines keep their price. A time line added to a work order with no rate now keeps the rate type, unit amount and start and end times you typed, and an invoice with nothing priced on it now asks why it is free before it is sent. See Add lines to a work order.
-
Work dates on invoice emails and receipts. A line entered with a start and end date and time now shows that date and those hours in the invoice email too, not only in the attached PDF. Receipts list the invoice’s work above the payment, so a CA$0.00 invoice settled as paid still tells the customer what was done. See Zero-charge (CA$0.00) invoices.
-
Customer Portal add-on. Give your customers their own sign-in page with a one-time email link: their invoices (with Pay and PDF), estimates, appointments, classes, memberships, prepaid packs and shared files, and their contact details. $3.99 USD or $5.49 CAD a month. See Give your customers their own account page.
-
When a subscription ends. If your subscription is cancelled or your trial ends without one, your company stays readable but nothing new can be saved, and a red bar says so. Owners and administrators can Subscribe again from it. See Billing and your subscription.
-
Preview what your customer sees. Beside Customer sees on an estimate, Preview shows the customer’s PDF before you send it. See Choose what your customer sees.
-
Deposits follow the customer’s choices. A percentage deposit on the quote page now changes as the customer ticks extras or sets quantities. See What your customer sees.
-
Tracked QR Codes add-on. QR codes that count every scan and can be pointed somewhere new after they are printed, through a short aysqr.com link. $2.99 USD or $3.99 CAD a month. See Make QR codes with the QR Generator.
-
QR Generator. Make a QR code for any web address from the new QR Generator menu item, download it as PNG or SVG, and keep it saved with its name and address. See Make QR codes with the QR Generator.
-
QR codes for your booking links. Download a QR code for your booking page, your group sessions page, each group session and each person’s link, for flyers, cards and signs. Bookings made from one show From your QR code. See QR codes for your booking links.
-
Day and Monday-to-Friday calendar views. Next to Week and Month, the calendar now has Day and Mon–Fri. On a phone it opens on Day. See Work calendar.
-
AysOps on your phone and tablet. On a phone: a menu button beside the logo, a bar along the bottom (Today, Calendar, Customers, Actions) and a + button to add a photo, an expense or a note on site. Today lists your appointments with directions and a call button. On a tablet the menu folds into a strip of icons. See Use AysOps on your phone or tablet.
-
Contracts. Make a quote with your terms, questions the customer answers (such as the event date) and quantities they set (such as the number of guests), and take requests for it from a form on your website. The customer agrees to the terms when they sign. See Contracts.
-
Notes for the customer on worksheet estimates. Write what’s included and what isn’t, or let the AI draft it from your lines and answers, before you accept. See Create an estimate from a worksheet.
-
Change your password in Settings. Settings → Security → Password, after confirming your current one. Your other devices are signed out. See Change your password.
-
Edit a product or service. Fix any detail of a product or service until it’s first used on a document. See Products and services.
-
Archive a customer. Hide a customer you no longer work with from your list and pickers, keep everything recorded for them, and restore them any time. See Archive a customer.
-
Send files with an estimate. Attach your terms, a brochure or a warranty sheet, from saved files or one at a time. They go with the email (or as a link when large), show on the customer’s page, and stay with the work order and invoice. See Send files with an estimate.
-
Show the customer less, offer optional extras. Show section totals or one total for the job while keeping every line yourself, and offer extras the customer can tick to add. See Choose what your customer sees.
-
Save an estimate as a template. See Estimate templates.
-
Worksheet estimates: revised files and your usual look. Upload a changed worksheet without starting over, go back to any earlier step in the conversation, and start each new draft with your usual look. See Create an estimate from a worksheet.
-
Estimates from a worksheet, your way. New How it looks buttons (every line, one line per section, one total for the job, markup) and a chat-style conversation with the AI. Ask for a total per section, one line for the whole job, a markup on materials or labour, or a line at an amount you type. See Create an estimate from a worksheet.
-
Busy calendars right away. After you connect Calendar Sync, your other calendars are listed straight away, and a calendar you tick has its busy times brought in at once. See Calendar Sync.
-
Estimates from a worksheet or a conversation, with AI. Upload a price sheet (Excel, CSV or Word), or start from a meeting transcript, an email or pasted text, and AysOps AI drafts the estimate’s lines and sections. It points out likely mistakes in your sheet with a suggested fix, asks when it isn’t sure, and lets you ask for changes up to 15 times before you accept. Unfinished drafts are saved so you can come back to them. See Create an estimate from a worksheet.
-
See how an AI estimate was made. Estimates, work orders and invoices that came from an AI draft show Made with AI, with the full review history and a PDF to download. See Work orders explained.
-
Edit a mileage trip. Fix a trip’s details after you’ve logged it. See Log a trip.
-
Set up two-step sign-in later. Not ready? Choose Skip for now and you’ll be reminded in 7 days. See Two-step sign-in.
-
Privacy requests. When someone asks what you hold about them, or to be erased, AysOps support can prepare a copy for you and remove their personal details while keeping your records. See I can’t delete a customer.
-
Sell online with a Buy button. Put a Buy now button for a product, service or plan on your own website. See Sell online.
