My calendar isn't syncing
- Check the to-do list. If a connection stops working, AysOps puts an item on your to-do list saying so. Follow it to reconnect.
- Check the connection. Go to Settings → More → Integrations → Calendar Sync. Make sure your calendar is listed and Sync my appointments to this calendar is on.
- Look in the right calendar. AysOps puts your appointments in its own calendar in your account (for example “AysOps: [your business]”), not your main one. Make sure that calendar is shown in Google, Outlook or iCloud.
- Older appointments missing? Only new ones sync by themselves. Use Push events to send your upcoming appointments.
- Busy times not showing? Tick the calendars under Also mark me busy from these calendars. Their busy times come in straight away and refresh every 15 minutes.
- Still nothing? Disconnect and connect again. Your appointments stay in AysOps.
Deleted an AysOps appointment in Google or Outlook? It isn’t deleted from AysOps automatically; it lands on your to-do list for you to decide.
“Please finish two-step sign-in first, then try connecting again” when connecting: reload the page, complete two-step sign-in, and connect again.
Only Google, Microsoft 365 and iCloud work. Other calendar apps aren’t supported.
