“[Your business] isn’t taking online bookings right now”
Section titled ““[Your business] isn’t taking online bookings right now””Online booking is on, but nobody can be booked: everyone is switched off under Who can be booked. Switch on at least one person.
On one person’s own booking link the two messages swap round: “isn’t taking online bookings right now” means the Online booking switch is off or the add-on has ended, and “This booking link isn’t available” means that person is switched off under Who can be booked (or the link is wrong).
“Nothing available this month. Try the next one.” (every month)
Section titled ““Nothing available this month. Try the next one.” (every month)”Work through these in order:
- 🔴 Working hours. The person (or the business) has no working hours set. With no hours, nothing can be offered. Set them in your profile under Personal hours: see Set your working hours. This is the most common cause.
- The kind of visit. Each working-hours day says which visits it allows (On-site, At our location, Remote). A remote service needs days with Remote ticked.
- Notice and how far ahead. In Booking settings, Least notice you need hides times too soon, and Book up to hides times too far away. See Booking rules.
- Days away and appointments. Days you’ve marked as away, and existing appointments (plus their travel/turnaround time), aren’t offered.
A service is missing
Section titled “A service is missing”It’s archived, nobody who offers it is switched on, or (with Prices by country on) it’s in a currency that visitor isn’t shown. Use Preview as on the Online booking page to check.
A customer says they’re “too far away”
Section titled “A customer says they’re “too far away””How far you’ll travel in Booking settings turns away on-site bookings beyond your distance and shows them your contact details instead.
